Jason Glowney, MD, MSc, CAQSM
Dr. Jason Glowney is a board-certified Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Sports Medicine physician who hails from Chicago, Illinois and moved to Colorado in 2009 for a fellowship at the University of Colorado. He is uniquely qualified in the field of orthobiologics, with extensive training in Internal Medicine (hematology and rheumatology), Emergency Medicine (orthopedics and orthopedic trauma), intensive interventional orthopedics training from a Sports Medicine fellowship, and over ten years of post-fellowship experience in sports medicine, orthopedics, and biologic therapies.

Rob Pickels, MS.
Rob Pickels’ expertise lies in aligning product strategy with consumer insights, building cross-departmental collaboration, and streamlining processes to maximize output and reduce costs. Rob's ability to navigate uncertainty and risk, combined with his skills in project management and strategic planning, make him a valuable asset in highly regulated environments.
Prior to joining our team, Rob has both guided companies through their start-up phases as well as leading innovation and product teams for established organizations like PEARL iZUMi and Apex ski boots. Rob's experience in product and project management is complemented by his background as a subject matter expert in physiology, and biomechanics. His collaborative approach empowers individuals and improves collective knowledge across teams.
He holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Montana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Ithaca College.

Dr. Jenna Jajac DPT.
Dr. Jenna Zajac is a physical therapist and researcher with extensive experience in neurorehabilitation.
Originally from Syracuse NY, she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nazareth University and then went on to receive her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from Boston University. Her doctoral work focused on using music-based digital therapeutics to enhance gait and real-world mobility in individuals with Parkinson disease.
She also has significant experience in sports rehabilitation, working with elite and sub-elite runners to optimize performance and recovery. Jenna has served as a clinical interventionist and research coordinator on multiple NIH-funded studies, integrating wearable technology and advanced gait analysis to improve patient outcomes

Dr. Sophie Givens, PhD.
Dr. Sophie Givens is an incredibly talented researcher with a passion for stem cell biology and regenerative medicine. She's mastered humen cell culture, including reprogramming and differentiation, as well as cryofreezing and reanimation. She's also highly proficient in key laboratory techniques we use every day, like flow cytometry for analyzing cells and q-RT-PCR and RNA sequencing for understanding gene expression.
Sophie's past research in optimizing the differentiation of hiPSCs into cardiac tissue is impressive and directly aligns with our mission.
With a PhD. From the University of Minnesota and multiple journal publications, Sophie brings a strong academic background to our translational research laboratory.
